For marines I'd probably go with morphz for his insane aim. wltrs/zaiko/DRagon(aA) for skulk.
If a combat player is good, he never get such stats, cause
1.)he is much better than anyone else, but cannot kill the hive, cause there are easiely too much--> he should go to a server where are more players with his skill
2.)he does not even try to kill the hive --> no good combat player
3.)standing always behind his mates and does not really move forward --> no good combat player too
(Players with mostly good stats are Levitacus too)

As we can all see, bots pwn. The site does have a few drawbacks in how it ranks players (it's based mostly on how many kills they get and as far as I know doesn't take Kill:Death ratios into account). Nonetheless, an interesting site to check out
