Lmg Fire Not Constant

<div class="IPBDescription">rate problem?</div> Although this does not happen on my other computer, when I unload and hold down my mouse button to fire my lmg, instead of spraying a constant stream, the gun sometimes appears to stutter and pause for short periods. Could this be a rate problem? I am currently using cl_cmdrate 101 and cl_updaterate 101 rate 25000, it works well on my other computer. I am also beginning to notice that i cannot bite for constant periods of time either. It really is affecting my gameplay. Any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks for your help ahead of time.
