Female Marine Player Models?

<div class="IPBDescription">just cause it might add divirsity...</div> dunno if anyones tried makin em, and im no modeler, nor had the time to make one if i was. havent seen any, so thought id suggest the idea.

i did notice with Briggs marine pack that theres 2 marine model types that seem to appear at random: ones with dark skin, and ones with light skin. mayhaps this could be worked into that for a lil more randomization of precieved features of teammates.

most people doesnt seem to like the women.
I would LOVE to do a female model... I can do perfectly shaped mechanical equipment but I dont have any skills in doing "rounded" things <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I own this model myself and all I can say is WOW <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> is pretty detailed but so are all the q2 scupltures. ("tank" is really kinda creepy looking)
although even this model would be hard to do because of the rounded armor.
Trust me, I'm a warfreak (However not a gunfreak).
A woman breaks easily from being in an enviroment such as the NS maps.
A man is more suitable to wear a armor, and move around in such complexes and a mans mind can withstand more pressure considering the angst and the tough-on-psyke they must experience in there.
A woman however, are an excellent sharpshooter, their perception is remarkable if trained properly.
However.. again.. I assume most marines sent through the Infantry portals are rookies, and I'm pretty sure they dont care about your sex. Since they send you to die there, to make an insignificant differance.

Oi! The point of my entire post is that I dont really care, It'd be fun to see a woman roam around. But in the end, what matter does it really do?
As seen the samus,an armor that allows a woman to use her improved flexibility and skills can really devistate an enemy...now...if we could only make a PMS powered cannon...

Well Samus' armor is an organism isnt it? It has adapted to her body, it wasnt created.
I doubt that they would make new armors for woman anyway, since a logic assumtion would be that there aint alot of female recruits. So it'd be a waste of resources and energy, wouldnt it? I have no idea really, just an assumtion.
But no matter, wearing an armor would be tough enough for a female. NS aint a movie, its supposed to reflect real life in a way, and woman doesn't wear armors that reveal 75% of her naked body in real life. So it'd still weight quite alot.
And this is an overall assumtion pointed at the average woman. There is always tough woman, and I'll always appreciate that just as much.
i tell ya what m8 if the TSA issues me with a steel box protector like they use in criket, and its not big enough, ill be taking a hammer to it to adjust it ta fit my package

Strange, I always believed it was due to who is more expendable, for survival of the species, we, the males, are far more expendable, as if every man on the planet was to die, except one, the species would continue, however, if every woman on the planet were to die, except one, thats not alot of continued reproduction.
But if there was but one male left alive in the world, he could reproduce through genetic cloning and create both males and females.
A female however would only be able to reproduce more woman through genetic cloning.
And then mankind would be considered extinct since mankind includes both males and females.

whats the point in dicussing if a men of a women are tougher? its a female marine PLAYER-MODEL request thread!!!
instead of arguing about some unproven facts (because people behave very different under mental of physical pressure) you should start making concepts or take some reference pictures from your sister, ANYTHING that HELPS the topic.

its funny, everywhere you can hear them talking about women... but if it comes to where you have to prove yourself, noone seems to be interested to do anything.
looks like I will have to lern moreabout the "shape" modul...
started with something. reference had been my athena quake 2 model.
but... well... KNOWING about the female body is one thing, to model it in 3D is pretty hard.
I got the the leg and a boot concept so far but it doesnt looks too well.
I would apreciate any help. a 3D reference file would be best. but the correct female bone alingment (lines+joints) as 3D file would also be very helpful.
(never though about that task to be this difficult...)
