My Grandmother Is Dying.
Normally this would be only semi-emo, but I won't be able to reach her location before she dies (michigan) and she is my last living grandparent.
I am not religious, but she is, so I ask everyone here to wish her the best in the afterlife, or reincarnation, or valhalla, or wherever you believe she will be going as stated by your personal value system.
Also, turn this into a spam thread and die.
That is all.

Done.
And if you need any MI info, let me know. I'll hook you up.

She will be taken away by a Valkyrie where she shall feast and fight for eternity! All her slain enemies will stand as her servants! Much quaffing of tea shall be had!
Old people passing on is no sad event. Death comes to all, the later the better.
Don't be sad redford, just remember the time you spent with her and cherish the memories. Terry Pratchett says people aren't really dead until the ripples in the world they caused have faded away. By remembering her, you keep her alive.

(I tried to write something meaningful, but it sounded too sick/twisted/stupid/apathetic)
I couldn't have put it any better myself.
I wish her, and you, the best of luck in these times.
I was with my grandma when she died, and to this day its something i consider very precious. It made her very happy, cause that was her dying wish, to have the family around her when the time came.
Try and make the best out of it Red, my thoughts go with ya.
that's not nice at all. I'm with you too redford, be strong. I was never with my grandfather when he died. Manly due to the fact i was in America, and he was in Korea. I hope you do get there in time, despite what you said. My best wishes are with her. She will only truly die when you forget her, so always remember that you *hopefully* loved her and she *hopefully* loved you. Best wishes. T_T
