Register there and get it for free! Its made for corporations and costs ~1000 Dollars.
But you get it free if theres 100.000 registered untill 1st of october.
So hurry!
When the 100.000 is broken, they will send a link where to download it.

Edit: And I'm not giving my email to a site that purports to give out 3d software free, but also has Google ads. If they're that strapped for cash, the software's going to suck. They just want your email so they can spam you.
Edit 2: Yeah this thing's a scam. From the FAQ:
"Though we would enjoy being transparent about our company, we want to focus on helping you, the CAD seeker, discover a product unbiased in any way from traditional product branding."
Basically they're saying "We're not telling you anything about the program at all. It could be a figment of our imagination and we just want your email to sell to spam companies." The "how much does it cost" question is answered like this:
"X-CAD is a 3D parametric solid modeler. These range from $5K - $30K on the market today."
Notice they don't say what X-CAD costs. They aren't even selling it.
Face it. This is not going to get you thousands of dollars worth of 3d editing software for free.
The only way to know for sure is to dive in and give it a shot. Sign up for a free email or something.
Actually, yes is does hurt to try it if it turns out to be signing up for torrents of spam.
Open-saucy goodness. Tomato flavoured, or so I hear.
I'll take this chance to say this:
I need a mesher and a skinner.
