Custom Wow Textures

<div class="IPBDescription">But I need a TGA -> BLP2 Converter...</div> I'm trying to find a TGA -> BLP2 converter so I can create and edit the current textures within WoW with my very own newbie touch.. however I cant find one! I've scoured the internet and still nothing!

    Yeah. It's just switching client-side skins and models. My buddy's warlock made his imp pet Ragnaros for a while.

    Are you sure you even need to convert back to BLP? I'm using 32 bit uncompressed TGA files for custom UI elements, so I'm positive that WoW will load TGAs directly--the only question in my mind is if BLP files have priority over TGA even if they're inside of an MPQ. I'm adding images instead of replacing them, and the new filenames don't collide with MPQ entries.

    I try that. Editing a texture without a BLP2 (not a normal BLP I assume..) does take "priority" I believe, but the texture can not be displayed since its not a supported filetype. You end up with the area being void of all texture -- IE barbie doll nudity.
