Bowl Of Street Crackers
So.
I have this bowl of crackers(you know, the kind that goes bang on new years eve and stuff?), which is at least a year old by now, and no idea what to do with them.
It's illegal to ... crack them? Whatever the word is. Yeah. It's illegal to do that here in Sweden now, because pets promptly panic.
Any suggestions on what to do with them? I can't cut them open, because the knife blade touching the powder is liable to make it catch on fire, which means BANG, bandaged fingers. And probably eyes.

Quit being such a little girly man.
Take one in each hand and bite down on the ends and do two at once right outside an animal shelter.
Seriously, you’re kidding right?
What kind of watered down sissy land bans those little holiday poppers?
Do you guys put like M-80’s in yours or something?

If a tree falls in the forest and no one's around to hear it, does it make a noise? <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif' /><!--endemo-->

A noise is the interpretation of sound waves by your ears and brain. Thus a falling tree does not make a noise. You could even say, that nothing makes a noise.

i always thought that noise, described something that either was very load, or very annoying
anyways the sound you hear in your head is nothing but soundwaves, therefor noise is also "just" soundwaves

<b>noticeably unpleaseant</b>
load=unpleasant (it hurts your ears)
anyway: what you hear when you are near a tree that is falling and landing is a sound, which can be specified as a noise because of its annoyance (spelling) factor.

Yes, yes it does. Because those sound waves will affect other particles, which will affect other particles, which will eventully exhibit a tiny bit of interaction with everything else on earth, if not the universe.
