It's kind of noble to create a superthread but unless the mods consider it as such and sticky it it is usally a futile attempt. (ie: the only superthreads I have the honor of be the author of where agreeded to be stickied/webbed/pinned prior to creating a new topic in public) I'm not saying don't try, but history loves to repeat itself and history shows that forum threads created with this "superthread" mentality what are not supported as such by the moderators are doomed to eventually die and disappear into the depths of the ancient topic that few (Zunni and I do this) venture into.
Now with that said I'll show my support for this thread and then go pull up my old NS artwork stuff.

Found one of my NS fan craziness topics, I guess the others got baleeted with the site change. I'll continue to try and find them.
Well, I played NS for pretty much as long as it was out, then I started taking month-long breaks, then 2 month-long breaks, then it got to the point where it would take me two weeks just to get my skills back up to the level they were when I quit two months earlier. NS is one of the few games that isn't like riding a bike for me. Even a short hiatus can remove my skills indefinitely. That's a testament to how unique it is in the crowded FPS market.
I'll always love NS, even if I no longer play it. I've probably put more hours into this mod than any other MP game ever, and I've surely enjoyed it the most. But I'm burned out for now. NS:S will get me back for a month or two, but after that I probably won't touch the game again till NS2 comes out in the far future during the Ghost in the Shell timeline and I can play as a Skulk in VR and vomit after running around walls and ceilings.
i like ns that much but for my girlfriend i was a looser shooting little crappy stupid animals on a computah, so since this week after 3 years of love she hates me, i lost my child, i became blind for the bad stuff she did with other guys when i was at work or so.
i'm homeless since sundaynight on my birthday , i only have my portable left and some good friends taking care of me while i'm searching for a new home, lucky me all of them are geeks, i still have inet, i'm able to reload my sg once a day
but i'll never give up ns, it's more than a hobby, it's part of my life, stuff i never had when i was young.
Before I discovered NS,I doubted that the FPS genre had any intelligence in it outside of "kill or be killed, points on the board". After I discovered NS........I lurked around in Off-Topic (I play NS) and became more addicted to it than ever. Seconded only by WOW now, though. So kudos to NS for making a FPS that requires "some intelligence" to play, without being too bogged down because of it.
