Cant Attack Hive?

For some reason I cannot hurt the hive(just the hive though, cc is fine) in my server. I cannot attack it in an HLDS server, or when I just create a game through the program. I don't know whats going on, I've check cvars, but I see nothing there that is abnormal. Help please?

Just wondering, is it only you in the server? Maybe the game hasn't started yet if that's the case.

If your alone, use sv_cheats 1 and you can hit it, is it moving at all, like... It's usual little twitches?
