its like an year ive quitted NS for this stupid error...
but now, with 3.2 near the corner and my love for this awesome mod, i want to play again!

So here we start:

after XX minutes of plays (sometimes 2 minutes , sometimes 2 hours), the game go in freeze with stuttering audio, and after fews seconds it go in blu screenie.

i havent problems with NO other games, just HL1 mods. (hl2+mods and other games runs fine.)

here my spec:

Intel p4 2,6ghz dual core
1 gb ram
MB Asrock 775i65pe
geforce 6600gt 128mb AGP by PixelView
and ofc, i have the latest driver of video/directx/audio

Hate to break it to you but latest drivers isn't always best for older games such as half-life. I'm using catalyst 5.3 even though 6.10 is out due to downloadable gamma issues with the latest drivers.

yeah, but no older driver give me a chance...
long time ago, same bug take Guild wars and Dawn of war but after few video driver updates, all running fine...

WHY just hl1 mods are afflicted? :\

I used to have this problem.

It most likely has something to do with your RAM or your videocard.
I'd go with changing the oldest component. In my case I had no more probs after changing RAM

Yes it could be bad memory. I had the same problem with half-life 2. Turned out it wasn't actually bad ram but in fact my motherboard.
