There are some places who have 100Mbps broadband connections, but where i live is very far away from offer such things.

Comprox does have a really nice connection for the price.
I have a 8Mbps/600Kbps and pay about US$50 here.

Use your router and open a different port for them. Its an annoyance but not that bad of an annoyance, almost every ISP is blocking the default bittorent port now
