Com Chair Lag

Hey guys:
I recently got my own NS server running good with one exception, after a while playing i start getting com chair lag, it's not as bad while in grunt mode but it still lags a little as a grunt too.
I am running the following mods:
-Adminmod
-Amx mod X
-RC Bot
could it be a memory leak?
or maybe theres a compatibility issue with adminmod and amx modx running at the same time?
any help is much appreciated!

I disabled all mods except RCBOT and still have lag issues so ill try the Rcbot forums
