I'm going to restate the rules here because there were some clarifications that came up in the "host election" thread.
18 players
3 wolves
3 mafia (works the same as wolves, just as a different "team")
1 psychopath (read this thread (sky's version) for information on how it works if you don't already know)
All night time kills happen simultaneously. If a single player is targeted by more than one person for death, that person dies and nothing else special happens
humans (11)
* 1 vigilante: pick one person to kill each night, can choose not to
* 1 seer: checks for wolves
* 1 angel: checks for mafia
* 1 detective: checks for psychopath
* 3 masons: the masons know that each other are humans at the beginning of the game
* 1 psychic: at the beginning of each night, gets the number of wolves + mafia (this number does NOT include the psychopath)
* 1 guardian: protects a player from any killer, even from multiple killers; the person saved is not revealed to anyone, and the guardian does not find out if they saved someone
* 1 martyr: the martyr can pick a person, and if that person would normally die during the night, the martyr dies instead; if the martyr picks someone that is targeted for death, the guardian can prevent the death by protecting the targeted person OR the martyr
* 1 forensic specialist: checks one DEAD person per night, and finds out exactly what role that person had
Win conditions: The general rule is that I won't end the game unless I'm sure that a side will win. Three wolves and 2 humans is a wolf win, but 3 wolves, a mafia and the psychopath (going into night time) does not result in the game being over, since the day could have a wolf plus mafia or psychopath. Other things to be aware of:
- A single phantom vote will not be considered if the final day starts with two players, even though the vote would end up being 1 to 1.1. This will result in a tie game. If someone has 1.1 phantom votes, they will automatically die though, leaving the other person's team to win.
- If the game gets down to two players during the day, and one of them is the psychopath, then the psychopath will win, as long as they don't have 1.1 phantom votes (in which case they will die).
- If, during night time, the choices for killing other players would result in no one being alive for the next day, then the game will be a tie between every side that was alive going into that night.

Comments
This is a comment that is really too late but "zomgnerf forensicz plz". Irunno, it would seem to me that the forensic specialist makes any attempts at deceit by the wolves, mafia or psychopath incredibly difficult.
im_lost, can we have the name of where this game is going to take place, story wise?
*edit*
Nevermind I fixed the irc unable to connect thingy, stupid windows firewall.
Posting for startness. So to get this straight, there are a maximum of 4 kills in one night but only 3 of those are mandatory. Are vigilante kills revealed by the host? I'm guessing not but better to be sure.

Vigilante kills are not revealed by the host. Between that, potential guardian saves, and overlapping night targets, it's very difficult to determine if wolves/psychopath/mafia are out of the game.

Let's see, often there will be about 3 peope killed the previous night to choose from, so there are a lot of choices. Also, a daytime conflict could be between two humans or between a wolf and a mafia, so checking the person that dies doesn't reveal everything about the other person.

The location will be the Cave of Doom, since there are no records of anyone leaving this cave after they went in.

Fun is afoot!

It isn't MY feet, I just washed them!
Crap, sorry I took so long. My monitor died yesterday and I've been trying hard to fix it. I just put in the replacement monitor. REPORTING!
