Still not something you "eat and watch"
Less a zit, more the squeezing and removal of a cancerous cyst. Very visible, with a lot of pus, followed by the 'core' being ripped out. Extremely graphic, and the only reason it's not already nuked is the disclaimer at the top there, and the 'content not suitable for all viewers' clickthrough courtesy of YouTube.

It's not pus, is it? That's the build-up of oil like substance (a toothpaste tube's amount for those interested but don't want to click the link).
I've actually had horrifying dreams of zit-squeezing that weren't as bad as that video.
No, nothing was sterilized.. the voiceover mentioned that specifically.
No anaesthesia. The VO mentions the doctor recommending that she pray, to keep her mind off it.
Usually pus is more watery, but in severe cases of infection (especially a cyst or carbuncle), it turns almost solid with the amount of white blood cells. Intermediate infections (or severe fractures with infection) can resemble tapioca pudding.
She. The patient was a woman. And the cyst was in her back, according to the voiceover.

I was actually referring to the last second of the video, where it sounds like the narrator says "the wound is cleaned-" before it ends. Although nothing is sterilized for the removal it seems to me that it's at least cleaned afterwards (not necessarily the best, especially if you've managed to force some of that bacteria into a deep crevice or something), but better than nothing. Or it could just be a non-serilized cleaning, which probably wouldn't help anything.

Thanks for contributing to the forums.
I couldn't handle the "core" thing and had to close the video. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />
