Dynamic Infestation and aliens

How about to let the kharaa only build on infested areas?
This would prevent locking down the ms with oc spam at public games, and it would force the aliens to defend their territory.
Or on the other hand what if a gorgie builds an sc somewhere on an area which is not infected, and it would make that are infest a bit, so sc could be descovered earlyer.
what if the aliens would earn the res from rt s by holding more area? (eg if they have the half map they get more res if they hold only the hive, or backwards).
what if the infestation is on a "high level", than the lights would go out in that room, so aliens are forced to use their sight(which could be improved by not only to show the player models brighter, but the map itself), and marines would have to turn on their nightvision to see the aliens.
ok i know this wont stick to this topic, but how about that ns 2 would use that laser thing on the helmet of the marines, to detect invisible aliens? like on the upper right corner ther would be a "monitor" that would write wher it spots like infestation 10%, no alien lifeform detected, TSA technology detected, etc
