<div class="IPBDescription">Marines have a visor and nano-tech, let's explore it!</div>Simple and effective taking use of existing visor and nano-technology just a simple rear guard view. Possibly a motion tracking upgrade so marines can look behind them during gameplay.
Worthwhile? Effective? Viable? Maybe some of you more active I&S players can discuss this and the implications and impact it would have on gameplay basing the idea off of NS1?

Very no.
Sounds cool, gives marines back some chance at least against unskilled aliens with foucs etc

So we are gonna make this game even more anti-newbie friendly? Good luck have fun.
One of the main advantages that the aliens have is stealth and ambushes. Take that away an the game will be seriously unfair.

the game is already seriously unfair (at leaat once the marines get lvl3 HMGs it is)

Motion tracker with sound only, worked in avp would scare everyone and aliens still have advantage of marine not knowing where the alien is coming from just that its near by

sounds like a good idea to me, though it should probably make the noise even if the alien isnt moving

The avp motion sensor tells pretty much which direction the hostiles are, it's not as inaccurate as you seem to think.
