Featured in 'Stellar 07 PC Gaming Lineup' Preview
One of the GameSpot forum members (they've done this three times now, and somehow it seems to redeem the GameSpot forum community) posted previews to upcoming games. Most of them I think we've all been really excited for, for a long time. Supcom, Bioshock, HL2: Ep2, ShadowRun, C&C3, UT2K7, StarSeige: 2185, Rainbow Six 5, etc, etc.
They all look great, and I can't wait to see what 2007 brings us as far as PC gaming. NS2 was also featured on this list, with a screenshot of the dynamic infestation.
Go NS2! Just a bit of publicity for UWE, but also thought I'd throw this pretty good list out there for you folks.

But yeah, nice to hear.
Seems like they just listed every pc game that might come out. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles... sounds like quality.
"In Alien Swarm, the player assumes the role of a commander in the Interstellar Armed Forces and uses the unique skills of the marines at his disposal to fight through infested space ships and colonies that have been overrun by aliens"
Why does that sound familiar....
Hrmmm

Natural Selection and Alien Swarm have both been influenced by much older games, including at least one old enough to be a non-electronic board game called "Space Hulk." Despite sharing some common ancestry, the two games aren't trying to rip ideas off each other. I actually enjoy playing a bit of both <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />
There are some amazing looking games there! There seem to be a lot of veteran studios too.
And NS, too. Don't forget that NS is dying. Or... something.
