maximising my windowed half-life window

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to run NS with the in-a-window option selected so that I can easily alt-tab in and out of it. However I would like to remove the windows border around the game window. is this possible so that I can actually run the game at 1650x1080 without the border.

    I think there is a setting in the video tab of the options that you can select full screen or not.
    From there, you could possibly resize the window from there.
