.dll does not match

Ok, so i have had NS installed on my comp (XP Pro) for a while and had kept up with all the updates and patches. When i went to go play last night I saw almost no servers listed, and upon visiting the website found that v3.2 had dropped. I DLed i and installed it without a hitch (took about 16min to dl and 3 to install).
In my Steam games menu i have an icon for Natural Selection v3.2 and for Natural Selection v3.2 (beta 2).
When i try to play either verisons i get the same error message

your .dll [cl_dlls\clientdlls] does not mactch server

But this doesn't happen all the time. There are a few games i can connect to and play.
Hope someone can help

    I got this a few times, but this is when you have 3.2, and you try to enter a 3.1.3 server. Just enter a server of the same NS game version <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />

    If that doens't work, or you get the same error message... I got nothin'. sorry.

    Some kind of glitch with steam, no doubt. Try reinstalling Steam, save your ns folder if you have made any useful modifications.

    Yeh, you have a different version of NS installed to the server you are trying to join.

    Check which version the server you want to join is running.
