Hi all, ever since I've installed NS3.2 on my laptop, I've been getting problems with the video modes. Whenever I try changing the video mode to OpenGL from software, it returns to desktop and gives me an error title "Video mode change failure" Video mode is not support, program will run in software mode.
Before when I had NS3.1 installed, I've never had this problem and my NS ran at 1200x800 widescreen resolution in OpenGL at 32bit. I've tried reinstalling NS, I've tried updating my display driver, nothing works!! Also, it seems that NS is not the only program that won't run in OpenGL now, Half-Life, etc. also have the same problem. What is weird though is that I can get it to run in D3D mode at 1200x800 resolution 16bit, but not at any other resolutions.
My laptop's specs are:
AMD Turion 64 x2 1.6ghz
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 128mb with 512mb HyperMemory
2gb DDR2 RAM
2005 Windows XP Media Center Edition
Any help will be great because I have no idea how to fix it now, and I don't want to reformat.

Don't know why, but this seems to fix a lot of video problems, even though you've never had them before.
