I just made a site ( hlfiles.info ) and I was wondering what a good way to advertise for it would be.

He must think the NS forums are <i>exceedingly</i> clueless to fall for a sham like this.

Well you could post on forums like this about it, though that usually not allowed so trying to disguise it as another topic could always be a good idea.

    oh wait

People are also generally mistrusting of someone who only has one post, and uses it to pimp their site (with a .info domain name no less). Seeing as you haven't even bothered to fill out your profile, it's likely you're not here as a new community member who just <i>happens</i> to have a site he wants us to go to, but rather, you're only here to manipulate us in to visiting what I can imagine is something of a sub-prime website.

You kidnap a <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pudgy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::gorge::" border="0" alt="pudgy.gif" /> and try and convince Flayra to trade it for a lifetime supply of nachos, then the masterplan is complete too lure in unsuspecting web surfers to surf onto your site with the promise of nachos

    Staple advertisements to the light posts around your neighbourhood? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />

(more seriously) I did hear that the Google searches we get when we search up are free to get, just it needs to be picked up by Google. Maybe you can make it so it has good information with lots of repeating words so Google can pick it up?

(neither of these idea's are really good...)

In before the lock! Cos I'm locking it.

    *edit*
I just realised that I don't know if this is actually lock-worthy or not. So I'm taking the lock back...dont be surprised if it gets slapped back on though.
