Game play ideas:
Bleeding to death: it makes sense that if you have low health you should be able to bleed to death if not healed by using the armory or a health kit dropped from the commander.
Being Hurt: If you are hurt you should run/walk slower or even limp.
<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/marine.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::marine::" border="0" alt="marine.gif" /> Marines Choose: Instead of a commander having to drop items down from the sky the marines should be able to buy stuff from an armory, like guns, health kits, high capacity mags, and be able to carry and use the items when ever they want ( i think it would be better than having something randomly falling from the sky )
The cost of the items would go to the teams res and only would be able to buy a limit ( for the noobs who might waste the whole teams res and spam buy )
And for jetpacks and armory same goes with that be able to equip yourself with Heavy armor or the choice of a jetpack.
Jetpack theory: You should be able to upgrade the height and power the jetpack has

Like scent of fear how you see a red ring that is moving indicating a marine, the seeing through wall upgrade would only be for seeing through infested walls, instead of making the upgrade enabled for all forms you should make it so only <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pudgy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::gorge::" border="0" alt="pudgy.gif" /> gorges can see through the walls.

Command Center Idea: To me the command center looks like a frog or toad (IDK) Anyways the command center should be a console computer place with a bullet proof door and you can be commander from there. Aliens would break through the door and kill they commander and thats how they would win.
And for relocating only have 3 spots where you can make a command center.
I read the idea about marines being able to choose where the start and i like that idea
Spawn Location: Aliens and marines should be able to pick where they spawn. Marines get to choose which infantry portal to spawn to and aliens get to decide which hive to spawn at instead of it being random. Kind of like the battle field game where you get to choose your outpost you spawn at.
Natural Selection: I really like this game and i can't wait to see the changes to the source engine. The people who hated having the onos use physics (pushing, crushed by a fall, etc) will hate this idea more. I could go along with it depending on how well implemented.

Marine Choose: Hmm i still think idea would be good but even better idea about it is if command can put the items in stock of the armory and the other building, that way everyone would just get full of the best stuff and they would waste the res.
Bleeding to death/being hurt: Good idea. A marine that just got ambushed and nearly died shouldn't be able to run, jump, and not be hurt as he goes back for a medkit...though it's already been suggested.
"Marines Choose": No. Bad idea. This would make the marine team work more like the aliens; every person can grab what they want. Only difference? It would drain the res of the team, and so some poor sucker might not get a gun, or perhaps there won't be enough res to do research, etc...that, and some $%^% can go and waste the team's res all in one shopping spree.
Jetpack theory: JPs are annoying enough as is, thanks.
Alien Upgrades: Meh. We can do without. SoF is better.
Onos Stomp/Charge: This would, as said by the_x5, create a lot of controversy. I like the idea, but....
Command Center Idea: Nah. The current CC is fine. A room would limit where marines could go, and personally, I believe both marines and aliens should be able to choose their entry points in any large room on the map, say, on one certain side. (ex. aliens get left half, marines get right half.) Hive placement should work that way, too.
