    Haha, that's great <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
    I was thinking of getting a mousepad too. Mine's a <i>really</i> old Compaq pad that came with my family's first computer, seven years ago.
    It seems to be in good shape, but it has some creases in it and for some reason this black crud keeps forming on it, which isn't too bad a problem for my optical mouse, but it's real annoying.

    I have you beat, mine is a Software Etc. pad I got 10 years ago.

    It is still the smoothest one i've got, and it's the most worn pad I have ever seen <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Supposedly I don't need a mousepad, because I have an optical mouse, but it makes annoying scratchy noises without one. I'm using one I got free with a computer camp I went to.
