How uninstall 3.1?

Just delete the ns folder right? Then download new 3.4 and install. I am doing it this way cause my computer tends to be "stubborn" and I just want to get it as new, so that way I don't have to figure what went wrong and stuff. Just making sure if I am doing it right.

    Yeah, just delete the ns folder, shutdown steam, install <b>3.2</b> and then launch steam again.
