I'm suprised valve hasnt approached you about some of these tools, it would really benefit other dev's or even mod teams
But it was a while ago so it might not work for the newer versions of 3dsmax.

Pretty cool viewer you've got. Did you base it on any graphics libraries or write it all yourself Max?

Oh there's definitely some missing texture there. I don't think that blue checkerboard is quite right. You can see it very clearly on the box behind the CP. Doh.
It definitely would be useful to mappers too.
The animating logo above CP is missing.
