<div class="IPBDescription">:-(</div>Allright guys, never had this problem occur to me and I'm completely stumped.

I'm using a Logitech Wireless MX (Not Sure What Brand, but will look up if needed)

Everytime I strafe, move my mouse, and then shoot it just lags/freezes up for a couple of seconds throwing off my aim very badly :-(

Ex. Holding A + W and turning in a 360 Degree Motion is also a freeze/lag for a little bit.
Ex. Holding D + W and using my mouse to shoot while moving (because skulks crawl everywhere) freezes up.

I've never had this problem occur to me and its only been in NS

CS:S is fine and any other HL mod, but this just stumps the poo outta me.

I uninstalled my mouse modifier (The Logitech Program)
No Mouse Acceleration -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd

With BHOPPING There is no problem at all?
(I use mwheelup/mwheeldown)

Any help would be much appreciated!
Thank you :-)

When did you start having this problem?

My friend seems to be having the same issue, and recently. Strange.

We tried: chkdsk, spybot, nod32, upgrading video card drivers, windows update

Please post the solution if you come across it.

Oh, have you tried using another mouse?

Are you using a USB polling rate patch?

I had just come here to post this same problem. Im sort of a on/off NS player so I cant really be sure when it started, except that when I loaded up NS last week it was there. Its really a pain in the ass as in NS you can barely play without strafing all the damn time.

Mark me down as someone who would love to hear if anyone has a soloution for this.

PS I have tried using another mouse, by the by, using the mouse I had used with NS many times with no issue.
It had the same problem, so I doubt its the mouse.

Ok, after poking around the forums a bit I tried turning off the ingame steam community overlay, this seems to have fixxed it.
