And I have an atomic clock that sets itself which is always off by 10. It doesn't even let me change its time, because it's so sure that it's always right. But it's always off by 10.

Clocks are people too Scythe; I find your approach — most likely as a result of mis-informed public glorification of the uncommon event of an axe-wielding clock — to do nothing more than demonise what I (and I'm sure many of the rest of the population of this forum) find as an almost entirely pleasant sub-section of furniture.
You guys are a trip... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />

What would a clock that thinks do with itself? What if they do think and we just don't know because they can't tell us?
What if I die and am reincarnated as a clock, how do I die? Am I stuck as a clock forever?

The server would end up getting further and further behind, and the ACP would constantly need updating. It seems like a better idea to fix the server time issue.

It was off by like 4 minutes about 3 months ago (whenever the last TWG was, I know it came up during the game), and now it's off by 13 minutes. Something is broken (although only slightly) with the server, so ideally that's where it should be fixed, though maybe it's considered simpler to update the ACP every month or so if it doesn't affect anything else.

No, he's right, actually. I guess I just posted it in here out of sheer force of habit.
Or post the fruits of the last half an hour of work:
