Hello all, first off apologies if this has already been discussed, i've been trying to figure out why NS hasnt been able to properly install. I checked the forums, and help area etc.
I have steam, it works properly. I have HL2 and HL1:Source CS 1.6 and CS:Source. I figured i shouldnt have a problem as i remember NS uses HL1
I downloaded the installation file, opened it and i got this before anything else.

Now i was like "ok, i'll check forums and stuff" I checked forums, downloaded HL1, went through training program thought that might be the problem, tried installing NS into what I THOUGHT might be where it would go. cause when i try to install it it gives me no default directory what so ever it just shows this.

My directory starts off like this c:/Program files/Valve/steam.../.../etc I figured i may as well drop a post.
Again sorry if this has already been gone over. I couldnt find it.
