    procedural model creation as not an invention of UWE, but I guess it cannot get copyright protected (like breathing?)

    todays computers and internet connections (i mean the standard at homes) just make it now possible and real

    I will buy and play it for sure. Guaranteed. Hell, I would pay to play a beta version. Flayra and unknownworlds alumni have given me well over 600 hours of entertainment basically for free. I kinda feel like I owe 'em.

    half life 2: 5 jears. ( but most likely 7 jears)
    ep 1: 1-2 jears
    ep 2: 3 jears
    duke nukem forever: over 11 jears. and they work on it. ( but first: a 6 jear koffe break..)
    red orchestra: over 5 jears
    insurgency: 5 jears.

    i can wait, and i will, and i will play.

    NS: oldest news 06. 3.2 came out 07...
    seriusly. most gamemakers work for atleast 2 jears on the title, and most likely they worked in the hidden before they even announced it (see diablo 3 )

    oh god. is anyone pessimist here? they just made a new engine! it <i>does</i> take time to make a game! this isnt just a fast flash!

    how long did it take from the beginning of the making from NS1 to 3.2?

    Personally i'll wait however long it takes for the dev lads to get it done.

    Might take a while but aslong as the game comes out as polished as it possibly can be then the wait would have been worth it for everone.
