Just kidding. Hi guys.

I'm surprised at how many oldschool posters I still recognise posting here. Almost every damn reply in off-topic is a familiar name. It's only been, what, almost 2 years since I last posted?

I think the mods have given up trying to change my name back to 'eediot', it's been about 3 and a half years and no progress. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />

    I still think that's somewhat amazing. I first started posting here in '03. In Feb-03 I was 13 and with a lot of growing up to do, now I'm 19 and comfortably established as the coolest guy in the universe, yet here it's like it's 03 again (except maybe there are even less people still playing NS). I sent a PM to Liku and a few hours later I got a reply. I first did that in 2003 sometime. Lord.

    It is disturbing. I've been here roughly the same time and we're roughly the same ages ('cept I'm 20 now). Growing up on the internet is an odd experience.

    Also, there's no way it's been 2 years since you last posted. I remember seeing a post of yours, and my memory isn't that good.

    There are a total of 2 maybe 3 mappers currently and a <1 in customisation left, the artwork forum is probably dead <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />

    I blame it on hibernation though cause ns1 customisation is not so much fun anymore as there are not a lot of players/servers left... And NS2TRx is still in development, while it is being used for random maps. It is still only a TR (collection of textures and models)
