but when I try to install, it says I need HL 1.1.1.0 or CS 1.3 retail or higher to install.
I have CS 1.4 MOD and HL Latest I forget the numbers.
im trying to install the 1.0 version so I can then upgrade to 1.03, to play with my friends, my one friend told me to restart, I did and then the installer wouldnt even open, it froze.
I finally got it open for it to have the same error again. PLEASE HELP!

doe sit HAVE to be EXACTLY 1.1.1.0, then I update the mod and HL to latest?
