as soon as i get into a server, ns closes and my screen is really bright

i just reinstalled ns a couple of days ago after having another problem with my models and everything was running fine but now when i get into a server it immediately exits out when i get into the ready room and my entire screen becomes bright. the only way to fix the brightness is to restart my computer. i tried reinstalling ns again but its still happening. anyone know how to fix this?

edit: also ns is the only game that does it, the rest of em run fine.

    i updated my drivers and it stopped. but ive never played ns on updated drivers, i have no clue why it started now. but for some reason my drivers never stay updated. they go back to their old version every 4 days or so and then i have to update them again. wth? anyone know what that means?

    Uninstall your drivers from add/remove programs AND device manager, install your new drivers, and reboot. Also make sure to uninstall any control center teww ones.hat comes with the drivers before installing the new ones.

    Your brightness goes crazy because NS crashes keeping the gamma/brightness settings of NS. If you set ns's brightness to normal, it wont do it when it crashes.
