10 Hour Ns Game

<div class="IPBDescription">Question, and something funny</div> Last night, or this morning, I joined the aliens team of an NS game that had been going on for 10 hrs. I was wondering if anyone else was in that game, and who ended up winning.

Also on a sorta gushing note, this mod is awesome, and good enough to almost warrant its own game. You guys did a wonderful job, I mean any game that can be played enjoyably for 10 hrs. is pretty amazing. Oh well, I'll see all of you on the journey.

    I was in a game on Bast that went on for 3 hours before the server crashed. Aliens had all 3 hives, and Marines were locked in their base. Marines were extremely good at fortifying their HQ, and Aliens REALLY sucked at attacking it. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> They kept using Lerks to gas the top of the elevator area, in an attempt to kill off all our turrets. I guess no one told them the gas doesn't affect structures, we certainly didn't. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    We saved and saved and saved, until we got enough for HA and HMG's for the entire team. I was able to organize 5 of us HA HMGs into the airlock. We flipped the switch, and obliterated everything in our path. Just as we were getting to the Engine Room, I shot an offensive turret, and the server died. =(
