Whats about doing breakable ways?
E.g. the floors is to low, the onos can hit the ceiling, and after e.g. 15-30 seconds, he can crouch through.
The Marines can repair it by using the welder?

    far too specific for core gameplay, also its unnecessary. Even so, this kind of thing would be left to mappers anyway, which will easily be do-able.

    I thought it might be interesting if onos could lower its stance in small steps. For example you could slightly slow down and lower your running stance by rolling the mwheel a bit. It's at least a lot better than the present crouching that leaves the onos practically sitting still.
