Special Edition Pre-Order Black Armor Question

I could care less what it looks like, I just want to know if I will be able to disable/enable it. Much like they do with sven-coop. The Golden Gun is the coolest bad guy weapon ever, but golden uzis is flamingly homosexual, so I was greatful when the option to turn them off came about.

Another fine example is the custom weapon texture for 2142 that takes up half the screen and CAN NOT be turned off STILL, after being out for three years. I betad the game, and decided the hit reg was too terrible to pay more than twenty for. I finnaly bought the delux edition when it was 16 bucks and was thoroughly amazed at how little it had change and how the manual from beta to Delux Edition release was still completely useless. I would have given it to my girlfriends little brother, who is tweleve and plays anything, but with the hassle of logging on and the bloatware of punkbuster that runs even when the game isn't I couldn't have given it to him without feeling guilty. 2142 is just another testiment at EAs skill of ###### in a pan and selling it to the ignorant masses. The battlefield series isn't worth 60 (release price) nor 16 (sale), NS one easily beats the crap out of 2142 in so many ways and it was free.

With that being said, I had been planning on donating to NS for the longest time, but was unsure if NS2 would ever come around. Figured I might as well add it to my origonal purchase. Enjoy the money, and please reply to the toggle feature of the armor as that will decide if I buy the Special Edition or just do the regular and try to donate. I know its a little more work, but it makes me happy and I know you love it when I am happy. Ha ha.

    as we can turn off auth to get rid of the constie icons, we most likely will be able to turn off the black armour (about 5 threads on this so far, so they probably know people want the options)

    Just to clarify, the black armor and the regular armor both come with mandatory pink piping on the suit and pants, a rainbow corsage, and a bright yellow and pink plaid beret canted at a jaunty angle. The marine LMG also comes with a Hello Kitty theme, but current speculation is that this will be an optional package.
