"Heavy" sticks in Onos's throat

[English is not my first language]

I always was mad about that the Onos is able to swallow marines in Heavy Armour, that makes useless form Heaves. In stead of swallowing Heaves, Onoses should only bite them with some significant damage.

    No, devour <b>is meant to</b> take Equipment out of the Game. <u><i>Especialy</i></u> Heavy Armor.

    Ok, so why Onos can not eat defence turrets? It's smaller than heavy and also equipment.

    cause turrets taste bad


    seriously though, devour was there to counter heavy armours - yeah it wasn't done very well, but it probably won't be the same in ns2

    I like the idea of onoses being able to eat structures.

    Turrets probably taste like chicked.

    Because it can't train up and drive through your Hiveroom with HMGs and Grenadelaunchers :D

    Turrets can shoot from the inside, because of their design, whereas a Heavy Armour Marine is effectively unable to offer resistance or inflict damage.

    Still, here's hoping that the Onos will be able to charge turrets and knock them flying...
