<div class="IPBDescription">tweeked</div> Well... they say that the client doesnt need this 1.03 patch .. but i beg to differ .. all i did was install the 1.03 patch to my client and i was good to go.. i was having the same problem on when connecting to my own server ... figures they would leave us w/ a new patch that has some bugs, and then go on vacation. it seems a little screwed that you have to find the shell.mdl file and do all of this yourself.. i mean.. its pretty complicated if you dont know what your doing. i do , but alot of kids and players will be in the dark .. i suggest installing the 1.03 on your client .. worked for me.... or if you know where the shell.mdl file goes... download that from the dude in this post.. all i see all day long is people connecting and getting dropped.. cause of this model thing... these guys cant fix this before they go on vacation?<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> wtf... it just blows me away .. programing is a funny buiness .. the only buiness.. where **obscenity** dont work right and they can put it on the market, and say its finished .. i think this is a pretty big bug, and a big bummer to the ns communtiy.

    Its my fault for installing a option they provided?<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> Gimme a break!! The only high def pack i installed was the 32bit high res textures from there installer.. there was one that came w/ hl mod Blue Shift few years ago , but i never installed it .. everything worked fine untill i upgraded my serer patch, and its my fault? ..lol!! There is obviuoslt a problem.. im not the only one having this probelm happen. And if the high res pack is gonna screw w/ your abiblity to join a game.. then they should leave it out, and not blame the user for installing something that came w/ the game!!!!
