Well, yeah, veterans know how awfull it was to be an Onos and blocked by a Skulk standing in a doorway.
I think Charlie understand that and there is some interaction between different Classes, like Skulks running between (clipping through) the Legs of an Onos.
Since the Onos is meant to absorb damage now I think there will be a strategy to pile up at least two crouched Onis to sponge up.
I believe that'd look quite stupid if it is the way NS1 animated the Models. I hope there is plausible animation, especially for the legs in this Case.

The way the new source engine does it is just retarded.

Would it be fair to say your thread is about smoother interactions for kharaa working together? Ie: skulk runnning through onos legs, skulk slowly boosting gorge into vent, lerks and skulks slipping past fades and lerks.

I'm not really sure how much you'll see onos standing on each other. They might make it so you can't even do that. ...if that's what you're talking about. For some reason I found the OP a little convoluted.
Hmmm, would this allow players to later spawn as baby Onos?
