The dev's are working hard. The wait will definetly be worth it.

Whether you preordered or not, more wait means more great!
Corny topic description aside, I would like to say chin up dev's because we are with you 100% of the way. Say gtfo/stfu to nubs crying about release date being pushed back. I am still excited from those 2 new screen shots alone.

With a great line like more wait means more great I think so.
But, I do want this game to be as great as it can be, so they should take all the time they need.
A delay does not equal the devs being lazy. They were optimistic about fall 09 but with all the features they can include because of preorders, more work than expected needs to be done. Predicting the future isn't an easy thing to do, how were they to know preorders would be so successful? When they made the trailer they didn't have a hope of making a AAA title, but weeks after all the $40 purchases, they did.
Nah, this is worth the price of admission.

Much better than "patience is a virtue" ;-)
Well, why else is congratulating the devs for working hard redundant after they announced the delay?
The impression I get is that you think it's because they're being lazy, not working hard enough to meet deadlines.
I humbly bow to the NS1/2 development team:
"I remember my little reward whenever we put out a new release was getting some Thai takeout down the street and then bringing it back to my room and spectating games while people played the new version," said Charlie "It wasn’t very social but it was a huge thrill."
When NS2 is eventually released, please take the time to sit down in a Thai restaurant. You deserve it.

I still think they are just being lazy.
