Wouldn't you like the ability to purchase some free books at the Kindle Store?

I think being able to read samples of books before you decide to buy is a pretty nice feature for the Kindle. Plus, Kindle is also available on the iPhone and also to PC users (http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000426311). Pretty awesome?

I am not an Internet bot. As a consumer, I have owned an Amazon Kindle for over a year. One of the main selling points for me back then was the wireless access, and how access to Wikipedia is free wirelessly on the Amazon Kindle.

I'd say it has. When you buy a book it requires an extraordinary amount of effort (not to mention breaking the law) to remove that book from your posession again. Now, however...

Reading a book on the bus is also less likely to get me mugged than reading a book on a £150-200 e-reader thing.

The misses just spent a phenomenal amount of money on a Sony reader. She might kick herself if she saw this.

Now that lolfighter has won the thread, I'll close it since the rest is just advertisements.
