I really am digging this tool. The interface is rather smooth, and building that simple room only took me a few minutes tops, what took longer for me was texturing, only because every time I was texturing some textures automatically set themselves to a ridiculous scale (3e[somecrazyhighnumberhere]) which always ended up crashing my editor. I was also messing around with the lighting quite a bit trying to find out the best way to light my room (light_spot or just generic light, as well as messing with those options.) I LOVE THIS EDITOR THOUGH, I think it has a lot of potential. I enjoy using it more than I enjoy having to use unreal ed.
We're fast because we were testing the editor before it came out. :P
Ahh that makes more sense. I know I didn't use my time that well since I got the editor but I was really worried that you guys were THAT much better than me.
Atleast my confidence is back! :3

Actually we're all in the same boat as everyone else as far as getting our maps included in the game, we were just brought on for early feedback and testing.
Been messing around with spark for an hour, really impressed. A mixture of sketchup meets UE3

Really was hoping for tools for importing custom models and textures.
and also the object viewer that was shown sometime ago.
errmmmmm dont mind the AIM screen or anything else on that shot :P

im missing at the tool descriptions which shortcuts are assigned to them, would be nice to see it there aswell. and do you / we have some public accessible site / tool where to post bugs or change requests? :)

I've really no idea where I'm going with this. I'm just testing out the editor, really :D
I really like it though. It's so simple to use and still very powerful, even in it's pre-alpha stage. I've no real experience with mapping in FPS games. Only used Hammer before but even there I was just messing around much like I am now. :)
