Possible, yes; so long as you have an Intel-based Mac and emulation/API hooking/virtualization software, and the know-how to get it working. Though you might want to head to a Mac forum to ask about the specifics of that; the majority of NS players can safely be assumed to have no regular contact with Apple computing platforms.
