Spark rendering load indicator

I think that spark would benefit from having a rendering load indicator. This would indicate how much strain the current view is putting on the hardware. It would be useful because the mapping guidelines could use that as an objective value, instead of the mappers having to rely on their own fps as an indicator of performance.

    Yes, that thread adds weight to my idea of putting an objective load indicator into the editor, thank you.
