PSD Mapping Guidelines

A quick question. The Mapping Guidelines talk about an <b>archetype_template.psd</b> and <b>ns2_tram_sample.psd</b>.
Are they yet to come, or should they be included? If they are included already, where are they? I can't find them in my folders anywhere and would like to get a closer look at the tram file so I can get ahead and plan a bit for my mapping ideas.
