<div class="IPBDescription">With pictures!</div>It's not that hard to do but I guess for some new mappers it can be a little challenge. For those people I've made this little mini-tutorial.

Essentially: select 2 or more points
make sure the select tool is active (! bug I guess !)
    press I
-> all selected points will be joined, as long as they were really close to each other

Hmmm, been waiting for this to actually really give spark a go. However, is it still pretty buggered if you attempt this to subdivide a single face with rectangles? If you turn on triangulation, you can see that everything gets really screwy? Am I somewhat correct in assuming that at least for the moment, it's best to craft your welded 3d geometry outside of the room you intend to place it in (pretend one were making an old skool NS hive location and wanted to make some very uneven, rock like floor full of.....whatever we're calling infestation/growth....), and then place the new bit inside the room?

hi there, can i suggest? Why not create a short mini video regarding that. Even if you use images, it's okie.. You just need to join your voice as the image slide changes :-)
