<div class="IPBDescription">Who was here before release?</div> I know I've been away for a while (it's not my fault the game is so fun), but yeah I don't recognise any of these people posting where have all oldies gone? You all playing the game too much? <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

probably forgot all about NS.
Plus there's the big balance issue that keeps dragging on. (and will, forever)
Apparently Flarya is paying through the nose for the bandwidth, and I cannot imagine him keeping it up if things don't improve. Hell, I don't want him too - he's worked and is working his **obscenity** off for the mod, I don't think he should be paying loads for the forums so that a load of idiots can talk rubbish.
It would be a shame, but I don't think the forums can be value for money from the dev's point of view.
I know your all just broken up about it too ...

meh, I still post a decent amount (I try to help others when I can)
Also I just have this ingraned smack the idiot reflex that I am trying to hold back (not to well unfortunatly)
I generaly try and tell ppl what has been discussed into the floor like 50 times over, and I got a thing against flames so I tend to try and help out (blech I don't do squat)
/me misses the old forums I want the good old iron fist, so many of these posts should have goten the <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:red'>NUKED! </span></span>
oh well
Not an PT or Dev, or even an singnificant person, but I've been around since before the release atleast =)
Oh well.. .why we 'oldies' are gone:
1.) Not so many topics to post on.
2.) I am using dial up without flatrate, so online time is limited. So I am playing NS instead of posting here.
Theres just too many posts/topics which talk about something already done to death. Occasionally i'll see a novel post, help out someone asking questions or clarify something but otherwise theres just too much spam at the moment to post anything worthwhile.
Not that I post much anyways <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
<----
Started posting regularly about 2 days before the release of NS, but after NS was released I couldn't play for 2 days due to social life.
/me wishes the forums were like they were before.
Plus, this forum skin makes my eyes bleed <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

That's a shame. I hope the boards stay. Maybe people with straighten up <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo--> .
In the weeks following NS's release, the majority of threads are taken up with things like "I like NS <b>BUT</b>..." "I think the aliens are way too strong!" and "where are teh gl0ckz0rs?"
Maybe, eventually, the complaints and flames will die down, and semi-sensible discussions about fun matches and such will return to being the dominant topic.
But then again, I wouldn't be considered very old to the forums, would I?
