your on board graphic card wont cut it. at the minimum you need a DirectX 9 level graphics card

it is a direct x 9.0

but it is not dx9.0a,b or c

i said his on board video wouldn't cut it and then i told him what he needs.

As others already said, that's onboard. You'd be lucky to get anything to run on it.

you'll need to grab a cheap video card which can do dx9 or dx10 :) - should easily pick up one for around $10-60

make sure you have updated drivers from intel. W/o updated drivers nothing will run well, or at all.
