How do you deal with the idiots who always go "i wan hmg/ha!!!gimme gimme!!!omfg comm is a lamer!he wont give me hmg/ha!eject!" or "why should i listen to you?i have my own brain.i can do whatever i want."

maybve it's just me, but unless you want to be called a lamer by your whole team I wouldn't spike a guy with a turret (not to mention you just wasted 19 RPs)
I find one tactic works well when dealing with lamers who constantly ask for a gun
Lamer: "i wan hmg/ha!!!gimme gimme!!!omfg comm is a lamer!he wont give me hmg/ha!eject"
Mouse: "No"
or better yet
Lamer: "OMG I n33d gun5"
Mouse: "you already have two guns, they are known as the LMG and the Pistol, now stop annoying me"
Mouse: " See you don't need a better gun, your coping just fine with what you have now"
As for the guys who just wonder off and do their own thing, I just ignore them and wait for them to die. Eventually they get tired of being ignored and ask for some orders.
<u>First offence: Politely explain the situation</u>
"Look at the resources, I can't afford HA/HMG." or
"I'm saving up to siege Generator hive, why don't you get to it and back up the marines that are there, like the waypoint I gave you 5 minutes ago tells you to."
Of course there is a chance you will see something to the effect of "A vote to eject the commander has been casted."
Satisfy enough people to keep you in the seat and ignore the rest, coz unless you have a microphone, you weren't be able to answer to every one that whines for a gun.
Its easy, just give them lots of mines to play with, they'll end up putting them in stupid positions and killing themselves, and then you can say to them, '<b>you stupid idiots, how can I give you HMGs when you can't even position a mine correctly</b>'
There is nothing I hate more than being in a half-decent game with a half-decent commander and having idiots asking for better weapons. Then they get impatient and initiate an eject. Then the commander gets annoyed (rightly so) and gives up the chair, helping absolutely no one.
Ok, there is one thing I hate more, people who think they know what they are doing and constantly berate their teammates and they rambo to their death over and over again.
Cause the CS kiddies are used to playing with guns.
Not that every marine player is a CS kiddie... or that every CS player is a kiddie. Just to clarify. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Edit: It's also impossible to miss the "l33t" players on the marine team. Since the marines are forced to communicate at least a little bit (asking the comm for things). A lot of times you don't notice a "l33t" player on an alien team because they'll be off soloing (and dying) quietly. Though they'll occasionally complain about the gorges not getting enough nodes or putting up a hive fast enough. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
generally, i have noticed that a noob should start with aliens... it is MUCH more forgiving then marine, plus, nice people (me!!! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> ) play alien alot and help out noobs without yelling at them.

Play on servers with good admins. Now that adminmod works, you can slap turds silly (or make them glow pink). I try to avoid banning people now; instead, I rebind theirs keys. Trust me, this beats anything - well, nothing beats changing the FOV to 360 degrees instead of 90 in TFC, but you can't do that in NS.
If all else fails, rejoin the server and munch them as alien. You'll probably win, too.

Please give me your server IP so I never accidently wonder onto it.
"Can I have HMG" "no" "Can I have shotty" "no" "Drop me a jetpack" "no" "wtf, we have enough resources, give me better weapons" (Yeah, enough resources for ONE) "no" "I need better weapons" "no"

Props to you for your excellent observation skills. I doubt that you have ever "wondered" onto my server, and doubt that you ever will.
I don't often slap players, have never exec'ed them to make them glow pink, and have certainly never rebound someone's keys. I was simply saying these things as a joke. However, I will through the motions of disciplining unruly players that are ruining the game experience for others. Not doing so would be failing my duty as a server admin to protect the people that play on my server.

Though that option tends to hinder your chances at winning.
or dont give them it at all and mute them
or tell them we dont have enough resources..i mainly give equipment to good players
I was a marine once, and i was literally holding this Commanders hand through a winning strat, when he went "hot shot" on me.
I quickly went alien and proceeded to kick his **obscenity** strait to hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<u>Third offence: Ignore</u>
They don't even get a medikit. Its that simple. Eventually they'll start behaving, or leave.
To be honest most people are fine after I explain why I can't afford X, Y and Z, it's when no explanation is given they get all antsy.
Save yourself the pain. Then enjoy KILLING all those idiots. It's quite a stress reliever.
