Locate your steam/steamapps/common/Natural Selection 2 folder. In the folder you will see a file called Launch Pad. It's probably best to make a shortcut to this file on your Desktop.
Open the file and a new window will come up. You will see an icon called "Editor". This is the Level Editor. It has a little icon of a Hard Hat.

Is anyone else confused? Although, I am glad that you've resolved your mapping and serial code issue(s).
As I attempt to create a polygon through the optional views the grid lines disappear when my favorite tool is selected. Is there an alternative link that can help me?
