    Play on as many servers as possible, find good ones. I particularly enjoy the (near-always-packed) Got Rice? server, as well as :3am: big apple. Nano-gridlock is good... but it's pretty rare to find it in a non-passworded state.

    I recommend clan servers, cuz theres usually 1 or 2 from the clan playing and clanpeeps mostly plays as a team.. Donno about IPs as it depends on where u live (ping, language etc)
